Drying at high temperatures (HIGH DRYING)

Last years ECO HIGH TECH was involved in providing the market with  high temperature  drying  chambers, ovens designed to meet the latest performance in drying and helped bring various new goals. The latest generation of dryers is ECO HIGH DRYING  model, capable of driving high-temperature cycles up to 230 ° C. The purpose of these treatments is changing color,  wood requalification with chromatic defects and revaluation of low market value wood. This high drying process refers to:
-treatment of boards, blades , veneer and components from 130 ° C to 230 ° C;
 - wood preservation treatment;
-treatment involving new aesthetic properties and functional properties;
-  wood requalification with chromatic defects
- Revaluation of wood with little market value.

A good example of high-temperature drying process you can see in the images below.

 In the above figure the shade of color is represented obtained by the drying process at high temperatures. The first number is the temperature (130, 180 or 230º C) and the second number represents the number of hours: 2h or 8h of this treatment.
